Ingredients
🥩 1 pound flank steak
🌿 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🌿 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
🌿 1 tablespoon lime juice
🌮 8 small corn tortillas
🥒 1 cucumber, diced
🍅 2 tomatoes, diced
🧅 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🫑 1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Cilantro Mayo:
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
