This Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is a quick and delightful Asian-inspired dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. Instructions

1- Marinate the Steak:

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced steak, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  • Mix well to ensure the steak is evenly coated.
  • Set aside to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.

2- Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the beef broth, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, chopped garlic, garlic powder, ginger powder, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
