Instructions

1- Prepare the Potatoes:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and pierce them several times with a fork.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 50 minutes until they are tender.

2- Cook the Skirt Steak:

  • While the potatoes bake, season your skirt steak with sea salt, black pepper, thyme, and chopped garlic.
  • In a hot skillet, cook the steak to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing thinly.

3- Make the Cheese Sauce:
