Ingredients

🍗 2 chicken breasts
🥄 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

🍝 1 box of rotini pasta
🥬 1 head of lettuce, chopped
🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🥓 6 slices of bacon
🥣 1/2 cup Ken’s Loose Caesar salad dressing
🥣 1/4 cup Ken’s Ranch dressing
🧀 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
🍞 1 cup croutons


Instructions

1- Cook the Pasta:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the chicken bouillon to season the water.
  • Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

2- Prepare the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the mayonnaise mixture.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (approximately 6-8 minutes each side). Remove from heat and let rest before chopping into bite-sized pieces.

3- Cook the Bacon:
