Ingredients
For the Grinder Dressing:

Instructions
1- Prepare the Grinder Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, submarine dressing, red pepper flakes, oregano, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
- Stir well to combine. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
2- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the grinder dressing over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Layer the lettuce, red onion, garlic pickles, and pepperoncini evenly across the tortilla.
- Add the tomato slices, followed by the hard salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
3- Wrap It Up:
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to secure all the ingredients inside.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
