Ingredients

For the Grinder Dressing:

For the Wrap:

๐Ÿฅฌ 1 cup lettuce, shredded
๐Ÿง… 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
๐Ÿฅ’ 1/4 cup garlic pickles, chopped
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
๐Ÿ… 1 tomato, sliced
๐Ÿ– 4 slices hard salami
๐Ÿ– 4 slices ham
๐Ÿ– 4 slices pepperoni
๐Ÿง€ 4 slices provolone cheese


Instructions

1- Prepare the Grinder Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, submarine dressing, red pepper flakes, oregano, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  • Stir well to combine. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

2- Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the grinder dressing over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Layer the lettuce, red onion, garlic pickles, and pepperoncini evenly across the tortilla.
