Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  • Season the chicken thighs with garlic paste, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the chicken thighs on both sides until golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2- Make the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add onion, garlic, and celery. Sautรฉ until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in the chicken broth, ensuring no lumps form.

3- Combine and Bake:

  • Return the chicken thighs to the skillet with the sauce. Ensure they are well-covered.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Place the grands biscuits over the top of the chicken and sauce.
  • Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
