Ingredients
🦐 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
🫓 2 pieces of naan bread
🥄 1 tablespoon olive oil
🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🥛 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
🌿 Handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
1- Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until the shrimp are evenly coated in the marinade.
2- Air Fry the Shrimp:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the shrimp for about 7-8 minutes or until they turn pink and become crispy. Remove from the air fryer and set aside.
3- Assemble the Pizza:
- Lay the naan bread on a flat surface. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce evenly over each piece of naan.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
- Place the air-fried shrimp evenly over the cheese.
4- Bake the Pizza:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the assembled pizzas onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the naan is golden brown.
5- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves.
- Slice the pizzas into desired portions and serve hot.
