Ingredients

🥛 2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
🍯 2 tablespoons organic raw honey
🍇 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
🍓 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
🍒 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
🥥 1/4 cup dried cranberries
🥣 1/2 cup fruit and nut granola

Instructions

1- Prep the Sheet Pan:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ensuring the edges are well covered to prevent sticking.

2- Spread the Yogurt:

  • Pour the plain yogurt onto the parchment paper.
  • Use a spatula to spread the yogurt into an even, thin layer across the entire surface.

3- Add the Honey:

  • Drizzle the organic raw honey evenly over the yogurt.
  • Using the back of a spoon, gently mix the honey into the yogurt to ensure even distribution.

4- Layer the Toppings:

  • Evenly sprinkle the fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries, and dried cranberries over the yogurt-honey mixture.
  • Finish by scattering the fruit and nut granola across the top.

5- Freeze the Bark:

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer.
  • Freeze until the yogurt is completely solid, which should take at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.

6- Serve:

  • Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into large pieces.
  • Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container for later enjoyment.
