Instructions

1- Prepare Ingredients:

  • Slice the beef into thin strips.
  • Slice the bell peppers and onions similarly.

2- Cook the Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until it's browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  • In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the bell peppers and onions until they're tender.
