Ingredients

For the Chicken:

🍗 2 chicken breasts, pounded for even thickness

🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Sauce:

Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.

  • In a small bowl, mix vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, Tropical Sazon, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the chicken breasts for flavor and tenderness.

2- Coat the Chicken:

  • Place flour in one shallow dish.

  • Beat eggs with a few dashes of hot sauce in another dish.

  • Place bread crumbs in a third dish.

  • Dredge each chicken breast first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with bread crumbs.

3- Fry the Chicken:

  • Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Wait until the oil is hot before adding chicken.

  • Fry the coated chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side or until they are golden and cooked through. Remove and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate.

4- Prepare the Sauce:
