Juicy, flavorful, and seared to perfection, these Lamb Lollipops are a show-stopping dish! The tender lamb is seasoned, pan-seared with aromatic herbs and garlic, then finished with a rich sauce for an irresistible bite.

Ingredients

🥩 6 lamb chops

🧄 4 cloves garlic, peeled

🌿 Fresh thyme

🛢️ 2 tbsp olive oil

🧂 1 tsp salt

🌶️ 1 tsp black pepper

🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning

🧄 1 tsp garlic powder

🧅 1 tsp onion powder

🌶️ 1 tsp paprika

🍖 1 tbsp barbecue sauce

Instructions

1- Prepare the Lamb:

- Trim excess fat from the lamb chops and cut them into "lollipop" shapes by cleaning the bone.

- Pat them dry with a paper towel for better searing.

2- Season the Chops:

- Coat the lamb chops with olive oil.

- Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

- Let the meat marinate for at least 15 minutes for deeper flavor.

3- Sear the Lamb:

- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

- Place the lamb chops in the pan and sear for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

4- Infuse with Flavor:

- Add whole garlic cloves and fresh thyme to the pan.

- Baste the lamb chops with the infused oil for extra flavor.

5- Glaze with Sauce:

- Drizzle barbecue sauce over the chops and let it caramelize for 1-2 minutes.

- Flip the chops and coat evenly with the sauce.

6- Serve and Enjoy:

- Remove the lamb from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Serve hot and enjoy the juicy, flavorful bites!

Cooking Tips:
