  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill.

2- Banana Pancake Mix:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine half of the pancake mix with the mashed bananas.
  • Slowly add water to achieve your desired pancake batter consistency (not too loose, not too thick).

3- Strawberry Pancake Mix:

  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining half of the pancake mix with the chilled strawberry mixture.
  • Add water as necessary to achieve the right batter consistency.

4- Heat the Grill:

  • Preheat a non-stick grill or pan over medium heat.

5- Cook Pancakes:

  • Pour the banana pancake batter onto the grill, forming pancakes of your preferred size.
  • Wait for bubbles to form on the surface, then flip.
  • Cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat the process with the strawberry pancake batter.

6- Optional Bacon:

  • If desired, cook bacon strips until crispy in a separate pan.

7- Assemble the Pancake Stack:

  • Stack the pancakes with alternating layers of banana and strawberry pancakes.

8- Add Toppings:

  • Drizzle syrup generously over your pancake stack.
  • Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top, followed by a few strawberry pieces to garnish.

9- Cooling Tip:

  • If planning to take a picture of your pancake stack, consider cooling the top pancake in the freezer for 2-5 minutes to prevent the whipped cream from melting.
