Instructions
1- Prepare the Fries:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Toss the potato fries in your favorite seasoning blend.
- Air fry for about 15-20 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
2- Make the Pico de Gallo:
- Combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

3- Cook the Taco Meat:
