🥛 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🧀 1/2 cup jarred cheese sauce (optional)

Instructions

1- Prepare the Fries:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the potato fries in your favorite seasoning blend.
  • Air fry for about 15-20 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown, shaking halfway through for even cooking.

2- Make the Pico de Gallo:

  • Combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
  • Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside.

3- Cook the Taco Meat:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
  • Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, sazon, and dried parsley.
  • Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.

4- Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

  • In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream and slowly whisk in the cheddar cheese.
  • Stir in the jarred cheese sauce for extra creaminess (optional).

5- Assemble the Taco Fries:
