Instructions
Prepare the Hot Dogs and Cheese
1. Insert a wooden skewer through each hot dog and string cheese, keeping them stable on the stick.
Make the Batter
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency if needed—the batter should be thick enough to coat but not too runny.
Prepare the Coating
3. Crush Hot Takis and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a fine crumb mixture and place them in a shallow dish.
4. In a separate dish, place the breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Coat the Corn Dogs
5. Dip each skewered hot dog & cheese into the batter, making sure it’s evenly coated.
6. Roll immediately in the crushed chips and breadcrumbs, pressing the coating firmly onto the batter.
Fry Until Crispy
7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
8. Carefully place the coated corn dogs into the hot oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
9. Remove with tongs and drain on a paper towel.
Serve and Enjoy
10. Let cool slightly, then serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces!

Cooking and Serving Tips
• Even Coating: For best results, press the crushed chips onto the batter firmly before frying.
• Crunch Factor: Double-coat by dipping the battered hot dogs twice in the chip mixture for an extra crispy crust.
• Flavor Variations: Try different spicy chips like Doritos Flamin’ Hot or Sabritas Turbos for unique flavors!
• Storage: Best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in an air fryer at 375°F for 3-4 minutes to maintain crispiness.
These Takis Corn Dogs deliver a crunchy, cheesy, and fiery bite every time! 🔥🌭🧀
