Ingredients
๐ 2 fish fillets (tilapia, snapper, or your choice)
๐ฆ 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

๐ฟ 1 tbsp chopped parsley

๐ฅ 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
๐ง 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
๐ 1/2 cup croutons
๐ฅ 3 tbsp Caesar dressing
Instructions
1) Season and Cook the Fish:
- Pat the fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2) Prepare the Shrimp:
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic, then cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
3) Make the Sauce:
- Reduce heat to low and add 2 tbsp butter to the skillet.
- Stir in remaining minced garlic and a splash of lemon juice.
- Drizzle the sauce over the fish and shrimp.
4) Prepare the Caesar Salad:
- In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing.
- Top with shredded parmesan and croutons.
