Instructions

1- Prepare the Cilantro Lime Mayo:

  • In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, sour cream, lime juice, and sea salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.

2- Prepare the Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced cucumber, and red onion.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Toss until well mixed. Set aside.

3- Cook the Fish:

  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
