Ingredients

🧅 1 onion, chopped

🥄 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional)

🌿 Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

🌶️ Juice from canned jalapeños

🧀 Cheese of choice, shredded

🥛 Sour cream

Instructions

1- Prepare the Ingredients:

• Dice the red bell pepper and onion.

• Mince the garlic cloves and cilantro.

2- Cook the Meat:

• In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. As it begins to brown, add the minced garlic.

• Add in the seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, cumin, paprika, chili powder, Sazon (if using), salt, and pepper.

• Stir in the canned chilies, red bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño juice. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

3- Thicken the Mixture (Optional):

• If you prefer a thicker texture, sprinkle the all-purpose flour over the meat and veggie mixture. Stir well to combine and allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
