Ingredients
🥚 6 boiled eggs
🥔 4 small potatoes, boiled and peeled
🍤 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
🧈 1/2 cup butter
🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
🧅 1 onion, sliced
🌶️ 1 tbsp paprika
🌶️ 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
🧂 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
🌿 1 tbsp dried parsley
🍋 1 tbsp lemon pepper
🧂 1 tbsp onion powder
🧂 1 tbsp garlic powder
🌶️ 1 tbsp chili powder
🌿 1 tsp oregano
🔥 1 tsp red pepper flakes
🟤 1 tbsp brown sugar
🍶 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1- Boil Eggs and Potatoes:
- Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the eggs and potatoes, boiling until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Remove from water, peel eggs and potatoes, and set aside.
2- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Sauté shrimp until pink and fully cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.
3- Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced onions and cook until softened.
4- Season the Sauce:
- Add all the seasonings (paprika, cayenne, Old Bay, parsley, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, and brown sugar).
- Stir well to combine.
5- Add Worcestershire Sauce:
- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and stir everything together.
- Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes to develop the flavors.
6- Combine Everything:
- Add the cooked shrimp to the sauce and mix well.
- Gently add the boiled eggs and potatoes, coating them in the sauce.
7- Serve:
- Transfer everything to a serving bowl.
- Enjoy warm, with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
