Ingredients
🍗 2 pounds of chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🫒 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the Buffalo Alfredo Sauce:
🥛 1 cup of heavy cream
🌶️ 1/2 cup of buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)
🧀 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
🧈 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
🌿 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning halfway through.
