Here's a delicious recipe for Buffalo Alfredo Wings that combines the creamy richness of Alfredo sauce with the spicy kick of buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

🍗 2 pounds of chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🫒 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the Buffalo Alfredo Sauce:
🥛 1 cup of heavy cream
🌶️ 1/2 cup of buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)
🧀 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
🧈 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
🧄 2 cloves of garlic, minced
🌿 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1- Prepare the Wings:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning halfway through.

2- Make the Buffalo Alfredo Sauce:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and buffalo sauce. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.

3- Combine and Serve:

  • Once the wings are done, place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
