For the Gravy:

Instructions
1- Prepare the Lamb Chops:
- Rub the lamb chops with garlic paste, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2- Cook the Lamb Chops:
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated lamb chops and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until they get a golden sear and reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
3- Make the Asiago Mashed Potatoes:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add butter, minced garlic, cream cheese, heavy cream, Asiago cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper.
- Mash until creamy and smooth.
4- Prepare the Asparagus:
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roast in the oven at 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) for about 10-12 minutes until tender-crisp.
5- Make the Gravy:
- Use the same skillet with lamb drippings, add onion and chopped garlic, and sautรฉ until translucent.
- Stir in flour and cook for a minute.
- Gradually whisk in water, garlic salt, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and parsley.
- Simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.
6- Serve:
- Plate the lamb chops, and drizzle with gravy.
- Serve with a side of creamy Asiago mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.
