Instructions

1- Prep the Chicken:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breast with sea salt, black pepper, and oregano on both sides.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

2- Assemble the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the white sauce, mayo, red wine vinegar, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing until well combined.

3- Prepare the Vegetables:

  • While the chicken is grilling, wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and green pepper.

4- Build the Sandwich:
