๐ฟ 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
๐ซ 2 tablespoons olive oil
๐ง 1 tablespoon butter
๐ฟ 1 sprig rosemary
๐ 1 cup uncooked yellow rice (prepared as per package instructions)

Instructions
1- Marinate the Beef and Lamb:
- In a large bowl, place cubed beef and lamb. Add paprika, onion powder, oregano, parsley flakes, coarse kosher salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well until the meat is evenly coated with spices.
2- Cook the Meat:
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned cubed beef to the hot oil. Sautรฉ, moving and flipping the pieces until almost cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In the same skillet, add butter and rosemary. Let it melt and flavor the pan.
- Add ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned. Return the cooked cubed beef to the pan, combine thoroughly, and remove from heat.
4- Prepare the Yellow Rice:
- Cook the yellow rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork once done.
5- Make the Tzatziki Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Italian seasoning, fresh dill, and garlic powder.
- Stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
6- Prepare the Salad:
- In a separate bowl, combine chopped lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes.
7- Assemble the Plate:
- Start by placing a serving of yellow rice onto each plate.
