Ingredients

🍝 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce (approximately 2 cups)
🐔 2 cups chicken stock
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
🌿 Fresh or dried parsley to taste
🍜 6 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1- Preparation:

  • Remove the casing from the sausages using kitchen shears for ease.
  • Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

2- Cook the Meat:

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef and sausage to the pot, cooking until browned. Remember to break the meat into small crumbles using a wooden spoon.

3- Combine Ingredients:
