Ingredients

For the Tacos:

๐Ÿฅฉ 200g flank steak

๐Ÿ— 200g chicken breast

๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon salt

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 teaspoon chili powder

๐Ÿง„ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

๐Ÿซ’ 1 tablespoon olive oil

๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

For the Guacamole:

๐Ÿฅ‘ 2 ripe avocados

๐Ÿ… 1 medium tomato, diced

๐Ÿง… 1/4 cup diced red onion

๐Ÿ‹ 1 tablespoon lime juice

๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 teaspoon salt

For Assembling:

๐ŸŒฎ Soft or hard taco shells

๐Ÿง€ 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese

๐Ÿฅฌ Sliced lettuce

๐Ÿ… Sliced tomatoes

For the Margarita:

๐Ÿน Margarita mix

๐Ÿฅƒ 2 shots tequila

๐ŸงŠ 1 cup ice

๐Ÿˆ Slices of lemon or lime for garnish


Instructions

1- Prepare the Meat:

  • Marinate the steak and chicken with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and olive oil. Let them sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

2- Cook the Meat:

  • Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Cook the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice thinly.

3- Make the Guacamole:

  • Cut, pit, and scoop out the avocados into a bowl. Mash them to your desired consistency.

  • Add the diced tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.

4- Assemble the Tacos:

  • In each taco shell, layer sliced lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and either steak or chicken slices. Add a dollop of guacamole on top.

5- Prepare the Margarita:

  • Blend the margarita mix, tequila, and ice until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.

6- Serve:
