Ingredients

For the Honey Mustard Salmon:
🐟 4 salmon fillets
🍯 2 tablespoons honey
✨ 1 tablespoon honey mustard
✨ 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
🧈 1 tablespoon butter, melted
🌿 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
💫 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon paprika
🧄 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
🔥 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
🧂 1 teaspoon salmon seasoning
🌿 1/2 teaspoon Sazon (optional)
🔲 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🧂 Sea salt (optional)

For the Broccoli Stir Fry:
🥦 2 cups broccoli florets
🌶️ 1 cup tri-color peppers, sliced
🧄 2 cloves garlic, chopped
🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
🔲 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🍋 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🧅 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

1- Prepare the Salmon:

  • In a bowl, mix the honey, honey mustard, yellow mustard, melted butter, and chopped parsley to create the honey mustard glaze.
  • Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salmon seasoning, Sazon (if using), black pepper, and sea salt.
  • Brush the honey mustard glaze generously over each salmon fillet.

2- Cook the Salmon:

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the pan.
  • Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice glaze.

3- Prepare the Broccoli Stir Fry:

  • In the same pan, add a little more butter if necessary. Increase the heat to medium-high.
  • Add the chopped garlic and onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and the sliced tri-color peppers to the pan.
  • Season with black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté until the broccoli becomes tender-crisp and the peppers are slightly soft, about 5-7 minutes.

4- Combine and Serve:

  • Serve the honey mustard salmon fillets alongside the broccoli stir fry.
  • Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
