Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Make the Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Coat the Lobster: Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
4️⃣ Cook the Lobster:
• Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place lobsters in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes, basting once halfway through.
• Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook for 8-10 minutes until opaque and firm.
5️⃣ Final Touches: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan (if using). Drizzle extra butter sauce over the top before serving.
Cooking and Serving Tips
• Basting: Spoon butter sauce over the lobster halfway through cooking for extra moisture.
• Spice Level: Add extra Cajun seasoning or red pepper flakes for heat.
• Serving Suggestions: Pairs well with garlic butter rice, roasted vegetables, or a side of mashed potatoes.
