🦀 2 lbs rock crab, cleaned and cracked
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 4 tbsp butter
🌶️ 2 jalapeños, sliced
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🥄 1 tsp paprika
🧂 1 tsp salt
🫙 1/2 tsp black pepper
🍋 1 lemon, juiced
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🥫 1/2 cup seafood broth
Instructions
1- Prepare the Crab:
- Clean and crack the rock crab for easier eating.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
2- Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and jalapeños, sautéing until fragrant.
3- Cook the Crab:
- Add the crab to the pan, stirring to coat with the garlic and jalapeños.
- Season with oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4- Add the Liquid:
