Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the rack of beef ribs on a clean surface.
- Rub the ribs with yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce to prepare them for seasoning.
2- Seasoning:
- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and buttery garlic & herb seasoning.
- Generously coat the ribs with the seasoning mixture, ensuring an even coverage on all sides.
3- Searing:
- Heat a large skillet over high heat.
- Sear the seasoned ribs for 20 seconds on each side to create a flavorful crust and lock in the juices.
4- Cooking:
- Transfer the seared ribs to a roasting pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove the foil and brush the ribs generously with Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.
5- Serving:
