Oxtails Ingredients
🍖 3 pounds oxtails
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil

🥫 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Oxtails Instructions
1- Prepare the Oxtails:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the oxtails with salt and pepper.
2- Brown the Oxtails:
- Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add oxtails and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3- Sauté Vegetables:
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Sauté until softened.
4- Add Seasonings and Broth:
- Stir in tomato paste, smoked paprika, thyme, and allspice. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth, carrots, celery, bay leaves, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
5- Cook the Oxtails:
- Return the oxtails to the pot. Cover and transfer to the oven.
- Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the oxtails are tender.

🥓 6 slices bacon, chopped

🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🧂 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
🍎 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Southern Fried Cabbage Instructions
1- Cook the Bacon:
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the pan.
2- Sauté Vegetables:
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
3- Cook the Cabbage:
- Stir in chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
4- Finish the Dish:
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and cooked bacon.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
Baked Mac & Cheese Ingredients
🍝 8 ounces elbow macaroni
🧈 2 tablespoons butter
🌾 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
🥛 2 cups milk
🧀 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🧂 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
🌶️ 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
🧈 1 tablespoon melted butter
Baked Mac & Cheese Instructions
1- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- Cook Macaroni:
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
3- Make Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper until cheese is melted.
4- Assemble and Bake:
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and pour into a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over macaroni.
