Ingredients
🍞 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
💧 1 cup warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
🌾 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
🍬 1 teaspoon sugar
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🍀 2 tablespoons butter
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1- Make the Pizza Dough:
Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough begins to come together.
Knead Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let Dough Rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
2- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
Melt Butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3- Assemble the Pizza:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven as well.
Roll Out Dough: Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
