Instructions
1- Prepare the Broccoli:

- 🥦 Place the broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for about 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
2- Prepare the Sauce:
- 🌽 In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water together until the cornstarch is fully dissolved. Set aside for later use.
3- Sauté the Beef:
- 🥩 Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

4- Cook the Onions and Broccoli:
