Ingredients
For the Meat:
🥩 1 lb ground beef
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
🥫 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

🧅 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
1- Prepare the Meat:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Once cooked, add black beans, paprika, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Sazon, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Adjust seasonings as per your taste.
- Continue to cook until the mixture is well combined and heated through. Set aside.
2- Prepare the Pico de Gallo:
- In a bowl, combine diced tomato, chopped onions, red onions, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Set aside.
3- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a cast-iron skillet, combine shredded cheeses, Rotel, and milk. Mix gently to combine.
- Place the skillet in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and stir the mixture to ensure it's well blended.
4- Assemble the Dip:
- Top the melted cheese with the cooked beef and bean mixture.
- Add a dollop of sour cream and then the prepared pico de gallo on top.
- Garnish with sliced jalapeños and fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or homemade corn tortilla chips.
