Ingredients
For the Chicken:
π 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into cubes
π₯ 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
π§ 2 tablespoons garlic paste
πΏ 1 tablespoon thyme, oregano, and rosemary blend (or Italian seasoning)

π 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
π Juice of 1 lemon

For the Parm Sauce:
π§ 1/4 cup butter, halfway melted
π§ 1/4 cup roasted garlic
πΏ 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
π§ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
π Juice of 1 lemon
πΆοΈ 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1- Prep the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic paste, thyme, oregano, rosemary, paprika, lemon pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, stirring to ensure each piece is fully coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
2- Roast the Garlic:
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Place unpeeled garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool, then peel and set aside.
3- Assemble the Kebabs:
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Set aside.
4- Fry the Kebabs:
- In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken skewers.
- Fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Remove and let excess oil drain on a paper towel.
5- Prepare the Parm Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, combine the melted butter, roasted garlic, cilantro, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts completely and the mixture is creamy.
6- Serve:
