Instructions

1- Prep the Ingredients:

  • Dice the potatoes and trim the asparagus.
  • Mince the garlic and juice the lemon.

2- Cook the Salmon:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Flip the salmon and add butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, and lemon slices to the pan.
  • Cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.

3- Prepare the Asparagus:
