Ingredients
π 1 can of biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
π 8 sausage links
π₯ 8 strips of bacon
π₯ 4 large eggs
π« 2 tablespoons olive oil
π§ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2- Cook the Bacon and Sausage:
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the bacon strips and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil if needed, and scramble the eggs until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
4- Assemble the Biscuit Pies:
- On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a cooked sausage link, a strip of bacon (cut to fit), and a spoonful of scrambled eggs in the center of each biscuit.
