Instructions
1- Preheat the oven:
- Set your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2- Prepare the Cod:
- In a bowl, combine avocado oil, chopped garlic, thyme, oregano, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and seafood seasoning.
- Coat the cod filets in the prepared mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Lay the lemon slices on an oven-safe pan and place the seasoned cod filets on top of the lemons.
3- Bake the Cod:
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, adjusting for thickness of the fish until the cod is flaky and cooked through.
