Batter:
🍚 1 cup all-purpose flour
🧂 1 tsp salt

🍬 2 tbsp sugar

🥛 1/2 cup milk (or as needed)

🔥 1 cup crushed Hot Takis
🔥 1 cup crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Pepper Puffs
🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
Prepare the Hot Dogs and Cheese
1. Insert a wooden skewer through each hot dog and string cheese, keeping them stable on the stick.
Make the Batter
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk until smooth. Adjust the consistency if needed—the batter should be thick enough to coat but not too runny.
Prepare the Coating
3. Crush Hot Takis and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a fine crumb mixture and place them in a shallow dish.
4. In a separate dish, place the breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
